REFUNDS:
Summer Made accepts returns within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Item(s) must be in original packaging, unused and in the condition in which it was received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and return package must include original order receipt. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. To initiate a return, please contact info@shopsummermade.com and include your order number.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once received by Summer Made, item(s) will be inspected and a refund will be issued within 1-3 business days, so long as the item(s) meet all return criteria. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your bank account.
After 30 days, no exchanges or returns will be accepted. Shipping costs on returned items will not be refunded or credited and returns that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender.
EXCHANGES:
Exchanges are reserved for items that arrive damaged or defective. All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damage can occur in transit. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact info@shopsummermade.com, including images of the item(s), within 48 hours of receipt so we can assist you promptly.
FINAL SALE:
Jewelry, bath & body items, books, furniture, seasonal items, sale items & gift cards are FINAL SALE.
We do not offer price adjustments for sales or coupons.
