Shipping & Returns
Most items are shipped to arrive within 5-7 business days upon receipt of order. Please note that items ordered together may not arrive together or in the same package. At times, items may be temporarily out of stock or backordered. In either instance, we will notify you via email with approximate ship date of your item.
Furniture purchased from Summer Made is shipped through a third party freight carrier within 4-10 weeks, provided the item is in stock with the vendor. At times, items may be temporarily out of stock or backordered. In either instance, we will notify you via email with approximate ship date of your item. Once your order is placed, you have 48 hours to cancel by contacting email@example.com. After 48 hours, your order cannot be cancelled and is considered final sale. When your furniture is ready for delivery, our carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery date. Prior to your delivery date, please ensure the walkway and area you'd like your piece placed are clear. Upon arrival, please inspect your piece for any damages and contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
Summer Made accepts returns within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Item(s) must be in original packaging, unused and in the condition in which it was received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and return package must include original order receipt. To initiate a return, please contact email@example.com and include your order number.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once received by Summer Made, item(s) will be inspected and a refund will be issued within 1-3 business days, so long as the item(s) meet all return criteria. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your bank account.
After 30 days, no exchanges or returns will be accepted. Shipping costs on returned items will not be refunded or credited and returns that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender.
Exchanges are reserved for items that arrive damaged or defective. All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damage can occur in transit. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, including images of the item(s), within 48 hours of receipt so we can assist you promptly.
